UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our shipping prices include
handling, delivery and insurance of the artwork while
in transit.
Mainland UK:
£50-£100 depending on
weight/size
International: £100-£200
depending on weight/size
WHERE APPLICABLE ALL IMPORT DUTY CHARGES AND/OR CUSTOMS
CLEARANCE CHARGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
BUYER.
INSURANCE
Each artwork will be insured during transit. Once the
delivery has been signed for it is no longer insured
by Lemon Street Gallery and is the sole responsibility
of the client. Please check all deliveries on arrival
as you will be held liable for any damages after signing
for the delivery.
RETURNS
From the day of delivery you may take 7 days to decide
whether the work meets your expectations. If you are
not completely satisfied with your order you will receive
a full refund – excluding the shipping charges,
so long as you contact us within 7 days. We will arrange
to have the artwork returned. However you are responsible
for re-packing the artwork securely. On receipt of the
artwork, providing it is in its original condition we
will happily refund all monies due.
